This is a great location and value-includes all utilities except cable/Internet. To help us pay the big bills, we charge a $30 per month utility fee in addition to rent.

Due to the unique layout, this unit is not for everyone since there is no "true" bedroom. If you are looking for an open layout, you will love it!

Here are the details: As you open the front door you have the main room with the fireplace and French Doors that separate the "middle" room. Some tenants use this main room as their bedroom. Keep walking towards the back and you have the middle room-other tenants use this as their bedroom. From here, you have a huge closet just before you reach the bathroom hallway.

Keep walking to the back and the bathroom is on the right and then you are in the kitchen with its own private entrance to the shared parking behind the building. Outside of this unique layout, it's very clean and well kept with built in hutch, large windows, and hardwood floors throughout.

The location can't be beat! Will consider a very well behaved dog. For cats, only a female due to prior issues with male cats that were fixed but still sprayed.

Pet fee is $30/mo or $300 at lease signing. For a showing, be sure to respond to the questions we send to see if you qualify.

Note: We will run a credit and criminal check. Income to qualify is at least 2,700 per month or have a solid co-signor for students. Excellent credit is a plus!
