We are looking for someone that makes at least $2,850 per month, has good credit, rental history and would pass a strict background check.

Pets? We may allow one dog or 1 cat. The cat must not have been born with the ability to spray. The dog comes with certain restrictions as well. For example, older than 2, crate trained and not a dangerous breed or mixed dangerous breed. Pet fee is $250 at lease signing or $25.00 per month.
